The primary purpose of the Rocky Mountain Law Journal is to publish high quality articles that address important current issues in business law, business ethics, public policy, and pedagogical analysis. The Journal’s primary audience are those who teach business law, ethics and legal studies in colleges of business.
Each of the articles in the Rocky Mountain Law Journal are recommended for publication by the staff editors and reviewers using a double, blind review process. The Journal attracts large numbers of submissions from across the country and abroad. ​The Journal is listed in Cabell’s Directory of Publishing Opportunities in Management, and Washington & Lee University Law Journals: Submissions & Rankings. It serves as a journal affiliated with the Rocky Mountain Academy of Legal Studies in Business which is associated with the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
